RLS was approached by Allan Miller of Monty Miller and Associates to supply the lights for the upgrade of the Clover Head Offices. As the architecture was very ‘crisp’ with clean lines, white walls and black trim, minimalist black light fittings were chosen. The Serengeti wall light was used extensively on the balconies and the facades of the buildings. Subtle lighting of the gardens was achieved by using the Kevo and Shuttle spike mounted spotlights which ‘wash’ the plants with light without the lights themselves being obvious. In the interior offices, the Luxon 600 x 600 was used throughout. In addition, they were used in the auditorium and are controlled by a building management dimming system. Linear Mini was used in the feature areas such as the main reception and under bridge connection walkways.
