LIGHT SOURCE : The fitting is designed to operate a range of LED’s up to 104W.
LUMEN MAINTENANCE : At an ambient temperature of 25° C, the lumen maintenance is > 90% at 87 000 hours and > 80% at 102 000 hours.
DIFFUSER : 4mm tempered glass.
LENSES : Modular optical lenses are used. Material PMMA. Various lens options available for different applications, allowing for custom solutions.
FINISH : Fitting is supplied as raw aluminium. Powder coating can be supplied on request.
MOUNTING : Wall or ceiling mounted. Anti-vibration mounting, eyebolt suspension mounting or spigot mounting available on request.
CONTROL GEAR : All control gear is suited to 230V +3%/-10% 50Hz single phase supply and power factor corrected to 0.9. All internal wires are Silicone coated. It incorporates an electronic trip connector protector with surge protection.
The arrester will only blow when a lighting strike or a power surge is extreme (400-500VA) the device will manage over and under voltage ensuring no damage to PC boards
FASTENERS : All exterior fixings are manufactured from 316 stainless steel.
All internal fixing screws, lamp holder bracket and gear plate are corrosion resistant electro-plated. Cable glands are SABS approved to insulate IP67 ingress protection.
GASKET : Gaskets are manufactured from silicone closed cell gasket. Silicone gaskets perform in a wide temperature range -40° C to +200° C.
INGRESS PROTECTION : IP 66.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE : (Ta) - 20° C to +40 ° C.

FEATURES : The body incorporates two aluminium LM6 mounting lugs and one M20 threaded gland entry.
It is fitted with four stainless steel Grade 304 latches with hinge facility.
The LM6 aluminium frame retains the diffuser with hinge and wire guard fixing mechanism.
Permanently sealed and supplied with a 0.5m long silicone cabtyre.
