Cool Lighting and RLS worked on an energy-saving overhaul for the Mica Silverlakes Mega Store in Pretoria. The store was fitted with 4 x 80W T-bay fluorescent fittings which saw a high draw of power to illuminate the store. After compiling an informative cost reduction calculation, the most suitable luminaire to reduce energy consumption and replace the fluorescent fittings, was our Holda Pro 150W with 120° lensing.  The new installation has reduced consumption to half of the previous installation consumption of 38 400 Watts.
