Astron Energy is a leading supplier of petroleum products in Southern Africa, with a vast network of service stations (over 850 being converted in the next 4 years) that will make them the second-largest petroleum network in the region. Astron Energy had the opportunity to design and create a unique and modern fuel station based at one of the most iconic landmarks in Cape Town. SVA Architects had the vision to be bold, and design a contemporary yet modern timeless canopy that will be a first in South Africa. Setting a new trend, our Linear Mini 50 was manufactured in bespoke 3000mm lengths, to recreate the look and feel of a traditional fuel station and push the design boundaries on this site.
