Truck Facility

This Trucking Facility is one of the largest international networks for used trucks, undertook some renovations at their offices in Rooihuiskraal, Centurion. Led by Arca Architects and Tetris Design, we were approached to assist with the lighting design and specification for the new upgraded offices. As you enter the reception, you are greeted by the striking Circa Pendants with their warm welcoming glow above the reception desk and designed by Pablo Design, San Francisco. Leading you through the passages, the 3-phase track system with Jura 1032 spotlights was supplied. Within the office cubicles, the Maco 120 DarkLight downlights were supplied and provided the required 350 lux over the work desks. Within the open plan offices, the Linear Inca is suspended between the baffles, hardly visible due to the anti-glare properties, yet providing the lux level requirements for the space.

In some upper-level walkways, the Kalypso Pro downlights were used and provided the same look and feel as the track lights used in lower-level walkways.

The meeting rooms have the K. Light Metal dome pendants as the decorative feature, with Maco 120 downlights surrounding them providing the much-needed light uniformity within the spaces. In addition, the Luxon Prism 600x1200 was supplied for the meeting room.

In the Technical CV Workshop, the Linear Maxi recessed with Linear Mini 50 wall mounted was supplied.
