The project involves the construction of a new 94 000 m² mixed-used project.  The business park is a groundbreaking development, representing Zambia’s first fully enclosed mall and office site. The site is situated at the intersection of Church and Kabelenga roads – a flat site in a centrally situated light industrial area of Lusaka. Lusaka is intersected by four main highways, which include the Great North road (to Tanzania) and the Great East road (to Malawi).
