The architectural inspiration for this development is drawn from European villages with quaint high streets and tree-lined boulevards. The execution, however, is contemporary. The intention behind this aesthetic is to create a visual link with the ‘old Italian’ style of Montecasino across the road. The buildings have been designed with to be low rise with courtyards and attractive gardens between them. A strong lifestyle element is incorporated into the development with the inclusion of ‘high street’ entrances to the offices. This will allow tenants to walk to their offices through landscaped gardens, mini-piazzas and cobblestone pathways. The intention of this is to encourage interaction between tenants, creating a social atmosphere.
