The 1st Phase of the Alice Lane Development was a 4-star Green Star building designed to accommodate two tenants. This phase of the development featured 21W per side LED SLIVER Bollards with a bidirectional light source plinth mounted to a height of 900mm, as well as SLIVER Urban lighting element, plinth mounted to a height of 2400mm 42W LED per side bidirectional light source.
