The boardrooms and circulation areas were illuminated with over 1000 metres of Strata surface-mounted luminaries. These fixtures are unique as they follow the organic shape of the interior architectural space, and were specifically designed to meet these requirements. Not only were there complicated curved designs but in some areas the luminaries had to tie in with special acoustic ceilings. The offices are illuminated with Luxon recessed fittings and suspended Linear Mini lights. Strict coordination was needed to ensure the correct colour luminaires were used on the different floors. 

Due to the complexity of the installation, and the strict deadlines, Regent had to not only supply the fittings but install them as well. The Regent installation teams worked long hours, 7 days a week to meet the non-negotiable completion deadline.

Steinel intelligent occupancy sensors were supplied throughout the building, and we were involved in designing an optimal sensor layout that ensures seamless integration of lighting controls and energy management. Emergency lighting was supplied for all the interior luminaires to comply with building regulations.

The building is positioned on a prime site facing the N1 highway and needs to be well-lit without creating glare.  As this building is part of a precinct development, the exterior lights had to match the previous phases which had also been supplied by Regent. The Piazza single and double amenity lights were used to illuminate the perimeter and exterior car parks, and the Apollo II bollards were used to light up the gardens and pedestrian walkways. In addition, Canolux surface mounted downlights, Maco 75 and Elux 70 recessed downlights, Vista Pro pendants, low glare Neosil recessed strip lights above the doorways, Grow lights recessed and mounted to light up the plant walls, Nasa fitting for the basement parking and Odin Pro bulkhead were supplied.
