A modern convenience Lifestyle Centre in Malmesbury, at the heart of the Swartland region in the Western Cape. The new centre is home to a tenant-collective that includes well-known anchor-retail brands such as Woolworths, Clicks, Crazy Store, Roman’s Pizza, The Daily Coffee and Checkers Liquor, while also sporting several non-franchised, Malmesbury-based enterprises.

Piazza post top single and double mounted on Piazza pole, amenity lighting for the roads and parking areas. The wooden slats covering the canopy above the main signage created a challenge, the Kevo trunion IP65 was mounted in between the slats creating an intriguing solution. The Kalypso Round Pro provided a functional but also decorative lighting solution in the staircase and bathroom lobbies. The Linear Micro 33 in bespoke shapes and sizes provides a modern sophisticated look and feel. The Giza Focus Horizontal was used creatively, mounted upside down on the inside of the walkway canopies to wash the walkway and storefronts. The Nasa in black makes the ordinary basement parking look like an upmarket space.
