Ocean Square is an exclusive yet convenient little Shopping Centre to cater for all the basic needs of Sunset Beach and surrounding suburbs. Besides having Woolworths as the anchor tenant they also boast the popular Cowboy and Cooks restaurant known by many.
The exterior parking and passages underwent a major renovation giving new life to the building. This is a good example of how lighting can transform an exterior space.
The Cubica Ceiling and Aries Double was supplied for the passages. The large inground Mite was used to light up the Palm trees and the Sliver 1.8m bollard was incorporated as part of the fencing, offering both functional and decorative lighting. All fittings supplied have a 10 year construction guarantee, which is important because of the close proximity of the centre to the ocean.
